Highly Integrated Semiconductor Information Display (HISID) Based on Micro‑LED Array

The information display device is not only capable to deliver the content on the plane of the display screen, but more importantly, to display the content in a real three-dimensional space, making the natural interaction between individuals and information possible. Micro-LED displays have received much attention because they have the potential to bring us into a new era of truly immersive and interactive experience. Fast response time, micro size, wide environment temperature, and long operating lifetime, enable Micro-LED display for almost all display application, even flexible and transparent display. By reducing the diameter of LEDs, they show great promise in very high pixel density display. It is believed that Micro-LEDs could pave the way for realizing highly integrated semiconductor information display (HISID), embracing the next generation information display technology.

Printed Display and its Industrial Chain

OLED technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in small and medium size displays. At the same time, industry is waiting for large-size OLED display for high-end TV. Printed OLED has obvious advantages in the field of flexibility and high PPI, and printed QLED could further strengthen the advantages of printed display technology in color gamut, life time and cost. At present, the key elements such as technology, materials and equipment have gradually matured, and the prelude to the industrialization of printed display in China has opened up. In response to this trend, building China's printed display industry chain, especially the localization of OLED/QLED materials, inks and related equipments, is an important guarantee for the success of China's printed display industry, which requires extensive cooperation among academia, industry and the industry chain.

Optical Imaging System Based on Adaptive Lens

The concept of adaptive lens was briefly described, and the basic zoom principle of adaptive lens was introduced. The basic structure and principle of optical imaging system based on adaptive lens were analyzed. Several typical optical imaging systems based on the adaptive lens, such as microscope, camera and telescope, were summarized. The development trend of the optical imaging system based on adaptive lens was summarized.
